Farhaan was an excellent technician. He quickly replaced Airstream motor with an updated model. His advice and help in adjusting the Airstream screen was most valued and helpful. Excellent service. Fault reported in the morning & they fix my aircon at afternoon. Highly skilled technician Farhaan find the fault in five minutes, explained to me & CPU changed , system works normal. Big Thanks to the team.

The worker broke two shelves in our wardrobe getting to the manhole(which our airconditioning contractor was able to avoid installing all of the items) said they would fix, and have not heard from them since. Very poor!

Hritesh was very professional. He knew what he was doing. In additon to the main issue (faulty damper), he assisted me in restoring WiFi access to the unit (which had failed after change of NBN modem). He was on-time and very friendly. An asset tothe company.

We had an izone technician come out to explain the izone system for us and check up on a couple of things that didn't seem to be working. He was professional, patient and helpful. Although he was running late, he did ring to let us know his ETA.Whilst I find email communication with iZone is quite responsive, I find the phone access very frustrating. I can rarely get through to a person and the phone system doesn't work very well. Today I was told to Press 1 for x
